Lamp can't be correctly assembled?

1. Attach the Lightstrip starting from the top; 2. If you have excess Lightstrip after assembly, DO NOT cut it. Instead, press and slide the Lightstrip slightly upwards and downwards along the pole until it gets into the right position.

How is it powered?

This is a wired product, and needs to be plugged into power during use. To make sure the wires are connected correctly, you can plug in the controller and power supply, then press the "ON" button on the controller to see if the lamp is powered on.

How is it controlled?

You can control it with the built in Controller, the Nanoleaf Mobile or Desktop Apps, or use a smart home ecosystem via Matter to control it with your smart home app of choice or use Voice Commands.

Can this Floor Lamp only do gradient colours?

This Floor Lamp can show a single static colour and/or multiple colours at once for dynamic motion effects and gradients. You can also choose from a full range of white lighting temperatures, for cool and warm white.

What do you mean by Multicolor?

It means that it is capable of showcasing multiple colours along the strip at the same time. A more technical term for this is "Addressable", meaning that each "colour zone" can be addressed to display colours independently at the same time.
