The Audio Adapter+ is a module that allows the Analog Discovery 3 to capture and analyze audio signals from external sources and easily connect audio signals generated by the device to audio devices like headphones and speakers. It is capable of both Mono and Stereo audio, with both types of connectors connected to both the Wavegen and Scope instruments. The Audio Adapter+ is equipped with 2x15 MTE connectors, which makes it compatible with the Analog Discovery 3 and backwards compatible with previous devices in the Discovery family. An additional 2x15 MTE connector is loaded as a pass through for the digital signals, power supplies, and others, so that these other instruments can be used simultaneously to support complex applications.
Provides audio connectivity via 3.5 mm jacks for both Scope and Wavegen
Inputs and outputs can independently use 2 mono jacks or 1 stereo jack, selected via jumpers
Active circuitry powered by the Analog Discovery 3 power supplies
Pass-through connector for all other Analog Discovery 3 signals, including Digital I/O, Triggers, and Power Supplies
Compatible with the Analog Discovery 3, Analog Discovery 2, and Analog Discovery (Legacy)
