I needed a new mat that was grippy - that would neither slide across the floor nor would my hands/feet slide on it when practicing yoga. As soon as I received it, I opened it to give it a try. While the mat did hold fast on my LVP floor, my hands easily slipped across it when I tried a down dog. I immediately repackaged it for return.
Negatives:
I'd be bound to fall when either my feet or hands slipped during a pose.
Positives:
It did not slide on the floor.
It does seem like a well-made mat.
It did feel comfortable - not too thin, not too thick.
The carry strap is a nice addition, but I doubt it would last long.
The color was quite pretty.
