How to achieve the best clarity?

When using, make sure the item is flat.For optimal clarity, the object should lie evenly under the lens at about 1cm distance,and do not touch the lens with hands

Why can't the digital microscope be turned on?

After receiving the product, please charge it first.Charging with a USB-C cable takes 1.5 hours to fully charge and can work continuously for 1.5 hours.

Can it take photos and record videos?

Yes! You can snap photos and record videos through microscope . The microscope comes with built-in storage good for about 80 photos. For recording videos or capturing more, please add your own microSD card (supports up to 32GB, card not included).

Connect the Computer/PC : You can connect your computer or PC through a Type-C usb cable, then open the built-in camera software on the computer to use, with a larger screen for viewing. You can take photos, record videos, and store them on your computer/pc. Supports Windows 10, 11, Mac OS X/11.0+. (Tips: Note that in computer usage mode, the product buttons cannot be used, this is a normal phenomenon.)
